HOW A DROP WORKS
Onboarding & Brief
We start with a strategy call to build your brand calendar and collection brief. Reference images, copy, colorways, garment specs, everything documented in your shared Milanote board before any design begins.
Concept Direction & Sign-Off
We present the creative direction for each piece — visual language, placement, copy. You approve the direction before execution begins. This is the gate that protects both of us from scope creep.
Design Execution
We build out each piece based on the approved direction. First draft uploaded to your board with notes. Revisions handled within your package's allotted rounds, every change is tracked.
Blank Sourcing & Production
We source the right blanks, coordinate with vendors, manage sampling, and oversee production quality control. Studio and Full House clients get full manufacturing oversight. We own the vendor relationship.
Photography & Content
Studio and Full House clients get a photo shoot per drop. We art-direct, shoot, and deliver edited selects — lifestyle and product. Full House adds monthly video and campaign content on top.
Launch & Fulfillment
Custom packaging, fulfillment coordination, and drop-day support.
Full House clients have social management running through the launch window. Then we reset and start building the next drop.
